El pasado 09, 10, 11, 15 y 16 de junio de 2021, personal de la Gerencia Operativa de SECURITY SIS, fue participe de una certificación denominada «Gerencia de Proyectos«. La misma fue impartida por el Máster José Alonso Prieto, consultor experto de la Asociación Latinoamericana de Seguridad (ALAS).
Mediante esta certificación nuestro personal, pudo adquirir competencias y herramientas en:
– Procesos de administración.
– Ubicación de los proyectos dentro del proceso administrativo.
– Perfil del Gerente de Proyectos.
– Modelo de Gerencia de proyectos (PMBOK del PMI).
– Documentación técnica de un proyecto.
– Ciclo de Maslow para detectar y satisfacer.
– Etapas de un proyecto.
– Métodos de innovación al liderar un proyecto.
– Ejecución, intervenciones, auditoria, supervisión y control.
Muchas felicidades a cada uno de los participantes, en especial a nuestro equipo de colaboradores de SECURITY SIS.
