La serie de comunicadores para paneles Garnet permiten transmitir eventos de alarma, realizar programaciones remotas y locales mediante una exclusiva App, como así también, brindan la posibilidad del uso de una completa aplicación que incluye verificación de video y funciones especiales para usuarios finales.
Comunicadores Garnet Technology
Recientemente Garnet Technology lanzó al mercado tres modelos de comunicadores que permiten interacción directa con el panel de alarma a través de los buses de datos dedicados. Por otra parte, los comunicadores posibilitan la programación del panel como así también del mismo comunicador. Esta nueva familia contempla tres tecnologías o medios de comunicación WiFi, 3G y SMS, de esta forma las comunicaciones hacia el centro de monitoreo y hacia el usuario final están garantizadas gracias a la multiplicidad de canales alternativos y respaldos.
Los dos modelos están basados en:
IP-500 Comunicador WiFi
3G-COM-G Comunicador 3G, WiFi y SMS con simple SIM
Esta familia de comunicadores es compatible con paneles A2K4-NG (PC-800), A2K8 (PC-860) y el nuevo panel PC-732G. En el caso de los tradicionales paneles se debe contemplar la versión 2.8 en adelante.
A la hora de programar, la aplicación Garnet Programmer.
Compatible con iOS y Android se transforma en una solución que permite una rápida programación en solo tres pasos, para lograrlo el comunicador genera una red de programación propia para que desde un dispositivo móvil se pueda enviar o recibir la configuración, además chequea inconsistencias en los datos ingresados validándolos en tiempo real y elimina la necesidad de memorizar manuales y las posiciones de cada comando.
Para la programación remota es posible utilizar la nueva versión de Soft para PC, AC4.
Este programa integra toda la familia de productos y es ideal para control y diagnóstico a distancia además de la programación total, una solución para la reducción de costos operativos en servicios técnicos. No requiere apertura de puertos o configuraciones de nombre de dominio, con tan solo dos pasos la conexión se ejecuta de manera instantánea.
Los comunicadores poseen Bootloader, actualización de firmware por FOTA (Firmware Over The Air) lo que permitirá en forma automática futuras actualizaciones.
El modelo 3G-COM posee detección y reporte ante eventos de Jamming. Además, no requiere batería extra ya que utiliza la alimentación del panel de alarma.
Sin dudas el nuevo comunicador de Garnet Technology ofrece mejores servicios y características que permite tanto al usuario final como al instalador lograr ventajas diferenciales.
