Esta monitorización permite prever errores antes de que el cliente detecte la incidencia, y como consecuencia actuamos de manera proactiva, alertando del problema. Esta forma de actuar ante una incidencia hace que se genere entre el cliente y el técnico una complicidad de seguridad y confianza.
