Una de las estrategias más importantes de Axis Communications para este 2022 es brindar a sus mayoristas una oferta tecnológica sólida de soluciones en video en red que les permita seguir creciendo en conjunto y brindar el acompañamiento y soporte necesario.
Atendiendo a esta necesidad, la compañía ha designado a Aidée Olvera como Gerente de Distribución para la región de México, Centroamérica, Caribe y Brasil, quien estará atendiendo desde la oficina central en Ciudad de México todas las necesidades de los distribuidores para que puedan seguir consolidando la presencia de Axis en la región y trabajando directamente con ellos.
El objetivo principal de este nombramiento no sólo está enfocado en impulsar el go-to-market de la compañía, sino en hacer crecer a los distribuidores. Olvera buscará habilitar, profesionalizar, crear y construir una estructura experta y capacitada, con el fin de que los Product Manager puedan atender el ecosistema de oportunidades que se están generando en el mercado. Asimismo, buscará habilitar y convertir esas oportunidades en negocios tangibles a lo largo de este año.
Por otro lado, una de las estrategias más importantes de la directiva es desarrollar iniciativas con los distribuidores, donde su principal meta es que se consolide una oferta de productos para que lo socios pueden ofrecer soluciones de videovigilancia que satisfaga las necesidades de los canales de integración y usuarios finales.
“Mi principal objetivo es que los distribuidores identifiquen en Axis un aliado para materializar sus metas. Parte de los propósitos que busco lograr es ajustar los tiempos de entrega para que puedan tener todos los recursos necesarios en tiempo y forma, a fin de generar más proyectos exitosos. Me interesa mucho fortalecer una cultura donde el trabajo en conjunto genere crecimiento para todos, desde el distribuidor, integrador y usuario final”, señala Aideé Olvera.
Con el ingreso de Aideé al equipo que liderea Leopoldo Ruiz, actual Director Regional, se busca fortalecer la presencia que Axis tiene en la región, fortalecer a los socios con los que ya cuentan, además de crecer la red de canales a través de la generación de demanda de soluciones de seguridad para diversos mercados verticales.

Aidée Olvera es Licenciada en Informática por la Universidad de Cuautitlán Izcalli. Tiene 24 años de experiencia en la industria y se ha especializado en soporte técnico, ventas, reclutamiento, acompañamiento y desarrollo de canales para la generación de demanda de soluciones. Anteriormente tuvo el cargo de Gerente de Ventas en la oferta de Monofásicos e Infraestructura para Mayoristas para México y Caribe en Schneider Electric. También ha formado parte de empresas como PALM y Samsung.
