Controles de acceso sin contacto físico: una propuesta inteligente para la reapertura de los negocios

Una tendencia clara que se está posicionando en la nueva normalidad es que un número cada vez mayor de empresas en los sectores minorista, manufacturero, educativo, salud y muchos otros están instalando sistemas de vigilancia basados en IP. Lo hacen principalmente para proteger su perímetro y propiedad, mantener a su personal seguro, reducir el robo o mejorar la eficiencia del cliente. “La demanda sanitaria está exigiendo a las empresas que se preparan para la reapertura después de los confinamientos en América Latina, que busquen garantizar la salud de las personas y que se apeguen por completo a los lineamientos establecidos por los gobiernos”, comentó Rodrigo Sánchez, Sales Engineer CBP en Axis Communications

Entre los estándares que marcan las nuevas medidas de seguridad como la Lista de Comprobación de Medidas de Seguridad Sanitaria en el Entorno Laboral, el Protocolo de Bioseguridad y las recomendaciones de la OMS, está el eliminar sistemas de control de ingreso por huella e implementar sistemas alternos. La apuesta por este tipo de nuevos controladores está enfocada a tecnologías de reconocimiento facial, detector de iris, lecturas de códigos QR o mediante aplicaciones móviles.

¿Cómo es la tecnología de control de acceso sin contacto?

Las aplicaciones de seguridad basados en estándares IP están marcando un precedente muy importante en la nueva normalidad, Rodrigo Sánchez, asegura que “actualmente ya existe una creciente aceptación en torno a las soluciones de video con análisis inteligente, que permiten l ingreso de personas a las instalaciones sin contacto, las cuales incluyen el procesamiento más rápido de personas de forma segura, dentro y fuera de edificios, así como el requisito emergente de distanciamiento, además de evitar el contacto con las superficies.”

El experto menciona tres modalidades de control de acceso que se están posicionando como una tendencia a las demandas de la nueva normalidad

Aplicaciones móviles: Los sistemas de control de acceso toman el concepto tradicional y lo mejoran para ofrecer credenciales virtuales mediante aplicaciones de teléfono móvil con auto inscripción, además un gran beneficio es que no presentan los problemas de privacidad asociados con la adopción del reconocimiento facial en áreas externas, por lo que son seguros en cuanto a la privacidad de las personas, así como a la mitigación de riesgos de contagios.

Lectura de códigos QR: Otro tipo de control de acceso es aquel que utiliza códigos QR seguros a través de un servicio en la nube. Esto ha sido muy exitoso al permitir el control de acceso sin contacto ya que, en cualquier negocio, es posible otorgar el código a cada uno de los trabajadores, ellos sólo tendrán que mostrarlo a la cámara del videoportero y enseguida éste les permitirá la entrada a las instalaciones.

Reconocimiento facial: La tecnología basada en la identificación del rostro de las personas ya es utilizada ampliamente, estos sistemas usan cámaras con análisis inteligente para ofrecer un control de acceso preciso, confiable y rápido, además, con buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad, es posible mantener segura la información que almacenan para evitar robos cibernéticos.

El comercio minorista, por ejemplo, es de los sectores que se están enfrentando a los retos de la reapertura, este tipo de controles de acceso son de gran utilidad para permitir la entrada de clientes y proveedores, además los posicionará como competidores a la vanguardia y preparados para los desafíos. También les ayudará a reducir los costos asociados con tarjetas de acceso físicas tradicionales, su negocio disminuirá el impacto con el medio ambiente y tendrá un enfoque más inteligente en sus instalaciones.

Para entornos críticos, la adopción de dispositivos que combinan diferentes tecnologías, como video, audio y análisis inteligente, proporciona una solución de control de acceso totalmente segura, ya que minimiza el riesgo de permitir la entrada a personas no autorizadas a las instalaciones, además, al no haber contacto físico con la solución y el cuerpo humano, se reduce la posibilidad de contraer enfermedades.

Por sus características, este tipo de soluciones representan una importante opción para que los negocios retomen sus actividades presenciales de forma segura, apegadas a los lineamientos de cada país, amigables con el medio ambiente y sobre todo preparadas para garantizar la salud de las personas que laboran en las instalaciones. “La realidad por la que atravesamos nos está obligando a replantearnos el uso de la tecnología para beneficio de todos, hoy es una realidad que los controles de acceso brindarán la posibilidad de mantener seguras las instalaciones y hacerlas más rentables, no obstante, debemos pensar que su integración nos permitirá cuidar lo más importante, que es la salud de los empleados y clientes”, finalizó Rodrigo Sánchez, Sales Engineer CBP en Axis Communications.
