La compañía colombiana Securitas dedicada a la seguridad y vigilancia fue merecedora del tercer lugar en la categoría privada con su proyecto «Formación operativa virtual»
Securitas está enfocada en integrar personas, tecnología y conocimiento, es por ello que años tras año ofrece su programa de capacitación y certificación en conocimientos de seguridad, el cual está avalado por un ente regulador. Tras los cambios generados por la pandemia la empresa se vio obligada a cambiar de estrategias, pues sus cursos hasta el momento eran presenciales, es por ello que trabajaron en un proyecto que les permitió utilizar la tecnología para continuar impartiendo las capacitaciones a todo su personal de una manera eficiente.
Con la plataforma Moodle pudieron crear todo un ecosistema de aprendizaje virtual que además de permitirles seguir cumpliendo con su promesa de crecimiento y desarrollo, ayudó a los empleados a estudiar en un nuevo entorno que adicional les ayuda a adquirir nuevas habilidades y así mismo gestionar el tiempo como más les convenga. Tanto así, que este sistema tuvo una aceptación del 98% entre sus participantes, quienes estuvieron agradecidos y satisfechos.
