Candidate Profile
• Passionate about achieving results.
• Determined to meet business goals.
• Mexican residency (Preferent Mexican).
• Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English (both spoken and written).
• Engineering and/or Business Degree (MBA is an advantage).
• In-depth knowledge of the sales cycle for complex integration projects (from needs identification to closure and implementation).
• Demonstrable experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals for integration projects.
• Familiarity with the local Government administration (direct Government agencies and government-owned enterprises).
• Willingness to travel within Mexico and to regional countries.
• Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
• Experience working with Israeli companies (strong advantage).
• Understanding of the technologies and security and integration solutions relevant to the target sectors (e.g., advanced video surveillance systems, access control, perimeter solutions, automation, telecom infrastructure, etc.).
• Ability to identify and qualify large-scale integration project opportunities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target clients.
• Deep experience of CRM management.
Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in managing small companies or Business Units (P&L management), a strong understanding of the security systems integration sector or complex technology projects, a proven track record of success in consultative sales of integration projects, and strong connections within the relevant customer sectors or the demonstrated ability to establish such connections through intermediaries and business partners.
